It is used for continuously coating both sides of steel cord once and calendering as well as laminating steel radial tyre body and belt.
Features:
1. Roll is made of chilled cast iron alloy, finishing machined surface, hard and wearable; with drilled holes on roll circumferential edge. It adopts overheat water to heat, getting good heating effect.
2. Roll bearings are double row radial rolling bearing, bearing body made of cast iron, having good shock absorption performance and enough strength.
3. It equips with axial cross unit, preloading device, warp beaming unit, air bubble bricking unit, upper and lower swing-feeding unit, position limiting and emergency stop.
4. Automatic cutting device can be mechanically synchroneous and achieve silencing cutting, which has safe and reliable action.
5. Winding device uses double-statio centering device.
6. Driving system adopts digital speed regulating device, control system is PLC control.
